Reservations & Cancellation Policy

To guarantee your preferred treatment choice and time, it is recommended that you reserve your spa experience at least one week in advance. Of course, walk-ins and last minute appointments are always welcome, depending on availability. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for single spa services, 48 hours for multiple spa services and packages, and 7 days notice for the cancellation of group packages.A fee of $20 for all spa services and and medi-spa services will be charged on next appointment. Cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged in full. For the consideration of others, children under the age of 12 wll not be permitted unless supervised by an adult.

Deal Sites Policies

Minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation required or voucher is void. Vouchers have no cash value. Vouchers do not include taxes or gratuities.

Cell Phones

Please turn cell phones off during service treatments. Cell phones can be disruptive to the relaxation of others appointments.

For your total wellness and relaxation, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Payment & Gift Certificates

We accept MasterCard, Visa or Interac. All gift certificate sales are final, no cash refunds. Cannot be used as gratuity.
